What is the current delivery time for items in the Pure Collection?

Our delivery time at present is approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of order. You will be given an exact delivery week with your order confirnation. We often ship orders early so it advisable to approve your proofs as soon as possible.
We offer an express delivery which guarantees despatch by next working day courier within 7 days of proof approval.
Proofs for all personalised items are sent by email within 1 working day of placing your order.
Question: Payment For Pure Collection Invitations
Do you have to pay the full balance of your invitations when ordering online, or do you pay a deposit and then the remainder when the order is dispatched?
Solution:
Thank for your enquiry. The online ordering system requests full payment with order. However, If you order from our Pure Collection brochure then you can pay 50% deposit with order and the balance with your proof approval.
The delivery times are the same but of course it will take an extra day for your postal order to arrive with us.

If I decided to order the PureCollection Lily could we have it without the paper on the front
Solution:
Yes, this is quite a common request and the front of the card without the tissue would look very similar to the Evening Invitation. If you would like to order without the tissue please state this clearly in the special instructions section of the order process when ordering online or on the order form from our brochure.
You may like to receive a sample first which you can request by visiting http://www.chapterone.info/samples/ and choosing Pure Special. You can then state your customisation in the additional information line. If you request a Pure Special sample it will have a unique number on the reverse which you can quote so that your order matches your sample exactly.

How can I email an attachment ?
Solution:
You can send us an attachment from within a support issue like this one. Please create a new support issue and click on the checkbock to "Attach files to this question". You will then have the option of adding attachments to your issue.
This is a useful way of supplying your own wording for an order that you have created yourself. If your attachment does relate to an existing order please be sure to quote your order number.

Can you tell me, do the reply cards have the design on? What is the difference between the 2 reply cards?

The reply card is printed on 250gsm smooth cream card stock and is hot silver foil printed in a choice of two wording styles which can be viewed in the centre of our brochure. The wording for each is as follows :-

Question: Where can I get the lilies you have used in the pure collection?
Hello, I have been asked to make some wedding stationary for a friend and they love the shape of the lilies you have used in your pure collection. Would it be possible for you to let me know where if at all I can get just the flower heads from, I have searched the various craft websites but nothing compares to the ones used in your design. Thank you very much for your help, Sue.
Solution:
The lilies are exclusive to Chapter One because we make them all ourself and have a patent pending. To retain the exclusivity I am afraid we only sell them as part of Pure Lily wedding stationery range and we do not supply wholesale and us such do not not sell the flower heads separately.

Question: Customisation of Pure Lily
Hello I love the look of the Pure Lily cards, however, our theme is Cala Lillies and gold. Is it possible to customise the Pure Lily collection by replacing the silver wire with gold wire and the silver print with gold print? Many thanks Kind regards

Yes, you can see this option in our brochure. The cards are hot foil printed in gold and the wire is gold plated. There is no extra cost for this option. You can request a sample from our samples page. Choose "Pure Special" and enter your requirements in the additional information box.

Question: How do I place an order online?
I am trying to place an order online and I am unable to find the link. Please can you advise me how I do this?

Dear Kelly,
Thank you for your enquiry. The order process starts from each of the three designs online (Pure Lily, Pure Rose and Pure Daisy). Unfortunately Pure Church, Pure Heart, and Pure Monogram can only be ordered from our brochure at this time.
So, for example, if you wish to order Pure Lily then click on the Pure Collection from our home page and then Pure Lily (alternatively click here to jump straight to the page). Then, when you scroll to the bottom of the page you can enter the quantities of the items you are interested from the range, select a shipping destination, and follow the personalisation process online.
If you were looking to order from one of the other collections (such as CCA, Cartalia, or Letterpress) then please follow the links through to our sister company Olivia Samuel, where you can place your order online in a similar fashion.
