We try our very best to supply wedding stationery that comes with a smile and more importantly make our customers smile. That is why after we have delivered an order we invite every customer to submit a review of their design and their experience with Chapter One ...just to check they are still smiling.

It is lovely and exactly what we expected. We have not had any reactions because we are just starting to send them out now. I would most certainly recommend chapterone to anyone that asks. I was delighted to receive my samples the next day which was wonderful, unlike some companies that take two weeks just to send a sample. The ordering experience was extremely pleasant. Sending the proofs via fax was easy and you responded with efficiency. What was particularly reassuring was the fact that I could telephone and it was possible to actually speak to someone which is impossible with many compaines. Your customer service is great. The design was very beautiful and just what we wanted. All the guests loved the invites and all comments were complimentry. We have ordered matching name card, table numbers and napkin rings as well so hope that guest notice the theme throught out the wedding and believe that these little touches will make the day. I would definately be reccommending the service to others. The ordering was quick and esay and the free napkin rings were a bonus and a decider in our choosing your company. The delivery was in good time.
